Favourite subjects include the countryside and villages of the Mediterranean region, and the subtle light of northern Europe's woodland.

Her paintings often depict a sense of journey, both visually, and in terms of an exploration in the strong use of colour often found in the work of the impressionists and post-expressionists. |
